We are an independent family run HETAS approved retailer which first opened its doors back in 1982, which means we have been supplying and installing high quality, stylish wood burning, multifuel, gas and electric stoves from selected manufacturers across Stockport and Manchester for over 40 years!

 

We pride ourselves on our customer service  and our specialist knowledge on the range of stoves and installation expertise. For this reason most of our work comes from recommendations and referrals.

Did you know most of the properties in Manchester are in a Smoke Control Zone?  This means you are restricted on the fuels you can burn and the wood burning or  multifuel stove that can be installed. We will guide you through the maze of stoves and fuels available.

 

We offer a full installation service with all of our wood burning, multifuel, gas and electric stoves, from our recommended installers, so you know that your new stove has been fitted by a registered HETAS or GAS Safe engineer to current standards.

 

We can help with the redesign of the chimney breast, line existing brick chimneys with our high quality flue liners and repair chimney stacks. We can also supply hearths, mantels and beams.

 

If your property doesn’t have a chimney, we can design a system for you.  For wood burning and multifuel stoves this will be an insulated flue that can be installed internally or externally. If you prefer a gas stove a balanced flue through the wall may be the best option.

 

A wood burner or multifuel stove is a great way to heat your home, and getting yours installed throughout the summer months is ideal, so that your home is prepared for winter

We don’t just stock high quality wood burning stoves, we can also supply a range of accessories for your new stove, including log baskets, coal hods, companion sets, Ecofans, moisture meters and flue thermometers.  And of course kiln dried logs.
