Although we stock spares which we are asked for frequently - especially door glasses, rope seals, firebricks, grates, etc for the stoves we sell - we can't hope to stock everything for every model and, due to the fact that until recently, most stoves didn't have markings to say what make or model they were, or whether they were a Mk1, Mk2 or whatever, quite often even customers are not sure which make or model of stove they have, so we can't be sure ourselves which part to order.
This is an industry-wide problem - not something just confined to ourselves - and in response, a growing number of manufacturers are setting up Spares websites, where there are exploded drawings of their stoves with individual parts numbered, and where a long established stove has been modified over its lifetime, parts which have changed, such as baffle plates, are shown with measurements.
Also, these website enable the parts to be ordered online, usually at less cost than through ourselves, although we are still happy to order parts for customers who are not comfortable with using the internet.
