Coalwood Heating Centre, based just off the M60 in Stockport, is a family run business started way back in 1982, which, we believe, makes us the longest established stove specialist in our area.

We have possibly the largest display of just stoves in the Greater Manchester/North Cheshire/High Peak areas, with usually around 35 models on show, of which several are in working order, plus ample stocks of our more popular stoves.

Unlike some in the woodburning/multifuel field, who sell stoves as a sideline to another business, we are a dedicated, full-time, stove outlet, offering, if required, a full professional in-house installation service and on-site after-sales service to customers who buy their stoves from us, to which end we are HETAS-registered (No.1222 and 10532) for woodburning/solid fuel installation - please feel free to check us out on their web site -  consequently, we can
talk to you on as simple or as technical level as you may wish.

For customers purchasing gas stoves from us, we have an excellent CORGI-registered fitter to install gas stoves on our behalf.
